ABOUT ofi’s FRESH GARLIC

• We have ownership or active engagement throughout the supply chain (seed breeding, planting, harvesting, and processing) providing our customers with traceability.
• We take pride in our long-standing relationships with our California farmers. We get our garlic straight from the field and have deep ties with our growers. Some of the farms we work with have been cultivating garlic for over four generations.
• California has some of the strictest standards and regulations for farming in the world (everything from pest control standards, soil management, and water usage regulations), which ensures that our products are quality. ofi is a proud steward of farmlands.
