ofi Spices' AtSource verified, low mirco, granulated garlic is grown in the United States by our multi-generational farmer partners. Our proprietary, virus-free garlic cloves are planted and harvested by our agricultural operations team and closely monitored during cultivation by our crop managers. After its harvested, our garlic travels to our state-of-the-art processing facility in Gilroy, California, the garlic capital of the world, where we our professionals uphold stringent food safety standards.
Granulated garlic is less likely to clump compared powdered garlic. This makes it a perfect, versatile addition to any dish, especially spice rubs, seasoning blends, soups and savory stews.
