I would like a Certificate of Analysis (COA).
ofi products are made to meet our specification (found on each product page or all can be found on the Product Specification page). Once you place an order, batch level COA’s are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If the specification does not meet your requirement please let us know! We can help find the closest available alternative that will work for your needs.
How can I submit a supplier questionnaire?

How many samples can I order?
We offer 5 free samples in a 30-day period. If you require more samples, please contact us at and we can assist!
What shipping methods do you offer?
ofi is currently serving the contiguous United States. For all other shipments or information, please contact us and we would be happy to help service you through our alternative sales channels.
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your order. We offer FedEx, Freight Less than Truckload (LTL), Freight Full Truckload (FTL), and Warehouse pick-up. You can view our rates on our 'Shipping Rate' page.
For live rates, simply add the product to your cart and the rates will be visible on the 'Cart' page.
