Tell us about yourself: your name, background, relevant experience, how many years you’ve been with the company or in the industry.
My name is Malori Ross. I have been with ofi for almost 5 years starting as a packaging lead for about 2 ½ years in Firebaugh, California and decided to apply for the Merced, Ca warehouse lead where I’ve been for about 2 years.
I’ve been the eCommerce warehouse lead now for a few months and I'm very excited to continue growth with ofi.
What is your role at Spices by ofi and what does your day-to-day look like?
As Spices by ofi's eCommerce warehouse lead, I manage orders, shipping/receiving, inventory as well as picking, prepping and shipping orders.

Is there a Spices by ofi product you would call your favorite?
The bbq mesquite is very good I really enjoy the garlic granulated also the black pepper and cinnamon. We have so much to choose from!
Saving the spicy questions for last, what is your preferred level of spice in Scoville heat units (SHU) and what chile pepper would that be?
5k to 15k yellow wax pepper or mild. It has a kick so I enjoy that.
