Olam Spices' large chopped onions are grown in the western United States and is processed at one of our three facilities on the west coast in order to mitigate risk. These onions are sustainably grown and available through AtSource, Olam’s sustainable sourcing solution.
With over 75 years of proprietary seed development, we have been able to create the most sustainable onion in the world -- reducing the amount of land and water used to cultivate our crops. Also, as a result of our processing facilities being strategically located near our growers’ fields, we are able to reduce our carbon emissions.
