Onion Minced 100K
Olam Spices’ sustainable white onions are grown in the three regions in the western United States. It all begins with our proprietary onion seeds, which takes our research and development experts at least 10 years to develop that takes them from nurseries to our farm in Hanford, California and our breeding cages before they are planted in our growers fields by our ag ops team.
Once the onions are harvested, they are delivered to one of our three processing facilities in Firebaugh, CA, Gilroy, CA and Fernley, Nevada. At the plant, our onions are washed, minced, dried and test before it’s packed and sent to our customers around the world.
