Organic Paprika 34 Mesh STM
Grown and processed using certified organic methods, our organic paprika imparts a rich red color to any preparation that can use a touch of natural color. Planted through out the southwestern United States and processed at our state of the art facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico, this spice is fully-traceable from seed to shelf.
The compounds in paprika that give it its bright red color, called carotenoids, may provide a variety of benefits to poultry including anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, as well as reducing oxidative stress.
In fact, paprika is also a unique, all-natural, organic source of pigment. It is one of the only natural products available to enhance the color and taste of egg yolks or broiler skin in poultry, as well as fish and seafood in aquaculture. Paprika may also improve coat shine in horses.
This product is BRC certified as well as Non-GMO project verified, Halal and USDA certified organic.
