ofi Spices’ dark, organic chili powder is made of organic peppers that have been grown in the southwestern United States and processed at our facility in Las Cruces, New Mexico, using methods that have been certified organic by the United States Department of Agriculture.

At our processing facility, ofi’s manufacturing experts grind freshly harvested organic chilies into a powder and then steam treat the powder.

Our dark, organic chili powder is best in applications such as southwestern, as well as Mexican dishes, varying from chili con carne to enchiladas with red sauce and as a seasoning or natural coloring additive in sausages, stews and egg dishes.

How do I pick up my order from ofi's warehouse?

If you are picking up your order, first check your order acknowledgement to determine the location of the plant/warehouse where your order is being processed. ( Your Order Acknowledgement was emailed to you 1-2 days after you placed your order). Have your ofi Sales Order Number handy. Next, simply refer to the Warehouse Contact Information to set-up an appointment for the ship date.

What are the pallet dimensions ?
