Santa Fe Scorpion Blend

The celebrated New Mexico scorpion chile stars in this blend that starts with a garlicky punch and finishes with lingering heat.

Inspired by the rugged countryside around Georgia O'Keeffe's famous Ghost Ranch near Santa Fe, this blend is bold and direct, reminiscent of O'Keeffe's art and its lingering effect on the spirit.

Our blend brings together onion and garlic backed by the heat from scorpion chiles, to give it a pleasant lingering heat.
