When will my order ship?

To view your ship date, select 'View Details' for the applicable order and the ship date will be available above the order details. This date will only be available for orders marked 'Preparing to Ship'. Orders placed any time after 11am CST Monday-Friday, on Saturday, Sunday, or on the following holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

• For delivery, you will receive an email with your tracking number once it leaves our facility.

• For warehouse pick-up, please be sure to schedule your appointment with the warehouse at least 48 hours in advance.
